- A diploma, degree or postgraduate qualification in Aged Care, Nursing or a related discipline
- Relevant experience working with Aged Care and/or Disability Care
- Valid driver’s license
- Working with Children Check

Medical Background Staff
SET4CARE’s Medical Background Staff play an essential role in delivering high-quality, supportive care to clients.
To excel in this position, candidates must possess:
- AHPRA registration or a valid nursing licence
- Clear National Police Check
- Work Rights Check
- Full Covid-19 Vaccination
- Working with Children Check
- Full Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Proven nursing experience
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- In-depth knowledge of emergency care
- A comprehensive understanding of health and safety guidelines, including sanitation and decontamination

Their responsibilities include:
- Monitoring patients’ conditions and assessing their needs to provide personalised, high-quality care
- Observing and interpreting symptoms to effectively communicate with physicians and other medical professionals
- Collaborating with physicians and Case Managers to develop tailored care plans for patients
- Performing routine medical procedures such as blood pressure measurements, administering injections and monitoring vital signs
- Providing swift and effective medical care during emergencies
- Creating a supportive and nurturing environment that prioritises both patient and family well-being
