Step 1: Get in touch with us on admin@set4care.org or call us directly on 0407 313 914. We would love to discuss your needs and learn more about your requirements.
Step 2: Schedule a free assessment. One of our Case Managers will meet you and your family members in your home to help you determine what services and assistance you need. There is no obligation at this stage and completely free of charge.
Step 3: Expert advice. You will receive advice and guidance from our Case Manager on how to access government funding from NDIS whilst remaining in comfort at your own home.
Step 4: Let’s start our journey! We will start providing care, support and assistance services to help you achieve your goals, live and enjoy a normal life. You can change, request more services or stop services at any time.
