Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Disability Services, Community Services, or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of NDIS policies, procedures, and compliance
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Skilled in creating and reviewing care plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring service quality
• Committed to fostering a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for both staff and participants
