Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Disability Services, Community Services, or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of NDIS policies, procedures, and compliance
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Skilled in creating and reviewing care plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring service quality
- Committed to fostering a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for both staff and participants
